Secure IoT Home Ecosystem

The Challenge

The client required a fully automated home ecosystem but refused to rely on cloud-based commercial solutions (like Google Home or Alexa) due to strict privacy concerns and cloud-dependency latency. Furthermore, they needed to control a mix of modern smart devices alongside legacy "dumb" appliances, such as older AC units, motorized gates, and analog lighting circuits.

Our Solution

We designed a completely isolated local server infrastructure. To bridge the hardware gap, we engineered custom circuitry and integrated smart relays directly into the power lines of non-smart appliances. The entire ecosystem is controlled via a bespoke, highly encrypted application that operates exclusively for authorized users on the local network or via a secure private VPN.

The Result

Achieved a zero-latency, 100% cloud-free automated home. The system remains fully operational even during internet outages. Legacy appliances are now seamlessly integrated into complex automation macros, triggered by geofencing, scheduling, and sensor data.
