We engineered a unified, real-time SaaS dashboard. Using WebSocket technology and geolocation APIs, dispatchers can now view live driver locations on a map, auto-assign the nearest available drivers to new tasks, and track vehicle expenses from a single, intuitive interface. Drivers receive tasks instantly via a streamlined mobile progressive web app (PWA).
